Owners/admins can change the chef and perform chef roles. Marketed sponsor funds should be on contract before round. Ensure no wrongdoing in payouts; check during cooldown. Owners: customize dates, fees, eligibility, admins, chef at deploy (4.4 NEAR); only title and description are immutable.
