Key Roles in a Pot: Owner, Admin, Chef, Donors, Sponsors, Projects

Pot owner

Deploys the pot (4.4 NEAR), full control: dates, fees (protocol, referrer, chef), eligibility (registry/list, donor requirements e.g. Nada.bot). Only title and description cannot be changed after deploy.

Pot admin(s)

Optional. Can do everything the owner can except add/remove other admins.

Chef

Appointed by owner. Approves applications, supports donors, collects fees. Key for vetting and smooth process.

Verified donors, sponsors, projects

Donors: verified (e.g. Nada.bot) to donate for matching. Sponsors: contribute to matching pool; logos on sponsor board. Projects: apply for funding; if approved, onboard donors. See sponsors and projects guides at docs.potlock.org.
